🎯 Primary Purpose
As our Maryland Master Plumber, you'll provide exceptional plumbing service while helping develop and grow Premier's Plumbing Division. You'll lead by example, deliver an outstanding customer experience, mentor fellow technicians, and help establish the standards, culture, and reputation that define our plumbing team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, diagnostics, installations, and inspections
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize flat-rate pricing
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
- Participate in training, ride-alongs, coaching, and team development
- Mentor and support plumbing technicians while helping develop future leaders
- Help establish processes, procedures, and best practices for the Plumbing Division
- Work alongside leadership to help grow Premier's plumbing department
- Represent Premier's Core Values on every job
✅ Qualifications
Required
Required
- Active Maryland Master Plumbing License (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Leadership mindset with the desire to mentor others
- Ability to work independently while supporting the overall team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift equipment and materials safely
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, basements, and outdoors
- Ability to safely operate ladders and power tools

Premier HVAC Services follows the philosophy of providing dependable, quality service to homeowners from trustworthy and experienced technicians. These values were instilled in us by our founder from the first day we started in business serving Chambersburg, PA and throughout South-Central Pennsylvania.

Our History
Tim Stenger, our owner and operator, first developed an interest in heating and air conditioning when he was a student at Greencastle-Antrim High School. In 1997 he began to study HVAC through the Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Through his time in the field as a student and apprentice, he found he enjoyed the technical challenges in a hands-on environment. He attended Delaware Technical College to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilation, and cooling. Tim earned an Associate Degree and then worked in the resort region of the Delmarva Peninsula. Such a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on customer service helped Tim increase his skills even further.
Tim moved back to Greencastle to be closer with his family in 2010. After he noticed the community needed a local HVAC company able to provide on-time quality service, he developed a business plan. In 2012, that plan turned into Premier HVAC Services.
