The Temporary Part Runner plays a critical support role by ensuring our installers and service technicians have the right materials, equipment, and parts — exactly when they need them.
You’ll be the connection between the warehouse, vendors, and job sites, helping keep our teams efficient and our customers happy.
This is a seasonal position with potential future opportunities based on performance.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
🚗 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
 📦 Organized and detail-oriented
 ⏱ Reliable and punctual
 💪 Able to lift 50+ lbs
 📱 Comfortable communicating with technicians and office staff throughout the day
 🔧 Basic mechanical or HVAC knowledge is a plus (but not required)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parts, materials, and equipment to job sites quickly and accurately
- Pick up materials from supply houses and vendors
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management
- Load and unload equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle
- Communicate effectively with Install and Service teams regarding parts needs
- Support team efficiency during peak demand periods

Our History
Tim Stenger, our owner and operator, first developed an interest in heating and air conditioning when he was a student at Greencastle-Antrim High School. In 1997 he began to study HVAC through the Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Through his time in the field as a student and apprentice, he found he enjoyed the technical challenges in a hands-on environment. He attended Delaware Technical College to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilation, and cooling. Tim earned an Associate Degree and then worked in the resort region of the Delmarva Peninsula. Such a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on customer service helped Tim increase his skills even further.
Tim moved back to Greencastle to be closer with his family in 2010. After he noticed the community needed a local HVAC company able to provide on-time quality service, he developed a business plan. In 2012, that plan turned into Premier HVAC Services.
