Full-Time | Mon–Fri | $50K | Office-Based with Community Involvement

Premier HVAC Services is hiring a driven Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement. 💼 Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention for our HVAC, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 💼 Experience: 2+ years of marketing, photography and/or video content creation, and digital media experience preferred
- 💻 Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, graphic design software, etc.
- 📊 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- 🗣 Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- ⚙️ Familiarity with paid advertising is a strong plus
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives developed by leadership
- Social Media & Digital Marketing - Develop and publish engaging content across platforms
- Schedule, monitor, and respond to digital engagement
- On-Site Media & Community Presence - Capture high-quality photos at job sites and events, build & maintain a content library for ongoing marketing use
- Maintain marketing calendar and promotional schedules
- Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting systems

Our History
Tim Stenger, our owner and operator, first developed an interest in heating and air conditioning when he was a student at Greencastle-Antrim High School. In 1997 he began to study HVAC through the Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Through his time in the field as a student and apprentice, he found he enjoyed the technical challenges in a hands-on environment. He attended Delaware Technical College to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilation, and cooling. Tim earned an Associate Degree and then worked in the resort region of the Delmarva Peninsula. Such a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on customer service helped Tim increase his skills even further.
Tim moved back to Greencastle to be closer with his family in 2010. After he noticed the community needed a local HVAC company able to provide on-time quality service, he developed a business plan. In 2012, that plan turned into Premier HVAC Services.
