Primary Purpose
You will be responsible for the complete customer experience, including 100% customer satisfaction, proper image, diagnosis of, and providing expedient solutions for customer problems. This role description describes the details.

- Responding to heating and cooling service requests, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Presenting options for repairs and making additional recommendations to serve customer needs and wants
- Assist customers and collect for work performed upon completion
NO INSTALL WORK REQUIRED
Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean record.
2. Universal Refrigerant Certification
3. NATE Air Conditioning Service, Gas Heating Service, Universal refrigerant certification. *** We offer training programs for NATE Certification. ***

Our History
Tim Stenger, our owner and operator, first developed an interest in heating and air conditioning when he was a student at Greencastle-Antrim High School. In 1997 he began to study HVAC through the Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Through his time in the field as a student and apprentice, he found he enjoyed the technical challenges in a hands-on environment. He attended Delaware Technical College to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilation, and cooling. Tim earned an Associate Degree and then worked in the resort region of the Delmarva Peninsula. Such a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on customer service helped Tim increase his skills even further.
Tim moved back to Greencastle to be closer with his family in 2010. After he noticed the community needed a local HVAC company able to provide on-time quality service, he developed a business plan. In 2012, that plan turned into Premier HVAC Services.
